ภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาตามทัศนะของครูอำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา 2) เปรียบเทียบระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นครูอำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำนวน 213 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการ วิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครูอำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับได้ดังนี้ การจัดทำแผนพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา การสร้างบรรยากาศแห่งการเรียนรู้ การพัฒนาหลักสูตรและจัดการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาครูและบุคลากรด้านวิชาการ การพัฒนาคุณภาพรู้เรียน 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับทัศนะภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ตามทัศนะของครูอำเภอท่ายาง จังหวัดเพชรบุรี จำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล พบว่า เพศ อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ขนาดโรงเรียนที่แตกต่างกัน มีทัศนะภาวะผู้นำทางวิชาการของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05
