The Analysis of Confirmatory Factors in Terms of Potentials and Factors Affecting the Leaning to be a Local Interpreter to Promote Faith Tourism: A Case Study in Kham Chanod, Ban Dung, Udon Thani

Abstract
This survey research aims to analyze the elements of confirmatory factors in terms of potential and factors in preparing to be a local interpreter to promote faith tourism. The sample group is stakeholders in the Kham Chanod tourist attraction, and there are a total of 400 samples residing in three subdistricts of Ban Dung District, Udon Thani Province, including Wang Thong, Ban Muang, and Ban Chan. The research instrument is a questionnaire comprising seven levels of rating scales, and the data were analyzed using confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the analysis of confirmatory factors in terms of potential to be a local interpreter to promote faith tourism include three elements with the following standard component weight: 1) Knowledge (0.74–0.85): factors of general knowledge that will be applied have the highest standardized factor loading value; 2) Skills (0.55–0.86): factors of caring for tourists' feelings; it has the highest standardized factor loading value; and 3) Attitude (0.81–0.91): emotional self-control factor; it has the highest standardized factor loading value. The results of the analysis of confirmatory factors in terms of factors affecting learning to be a local interpreter to promote faith tourism consist of five elements with the following standard component weight: 1) The motivation (0.65–0.89): intention to learn factor has the highest standardized factor loading value; 2) Personal factors (0.73–0.86): the current income factor has the highest standardized factor loading value; 3) Instructor Qualifications (0.75–0.88): ease of explanation factor; it has the highest standardized factor loading value; 4) Learning Environment (0.82–0.86): factors of an appropriate learning atmosphere; it has the highest standardized factor loading value; and 5) Content (0.84–0.89): relationship factors between content and student experience; it has the highest standardized factor loading value.
