Digital Media Development to Promote Occupation and Income for People with Disabilities of The Local Government Organization Nakhon Pathom Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research are 1) to develop digital media to promote careers and income for people with disabilities in local government organizations in Nakhon Pathom Province, and 2) to evaluate the effectiveness of digital media in promoting careers and income for people with disabilities in local government organizations in Nakhon Pathom Province. The methods of conducting this research are qualitative and quantitative. Collect data on career and income generation patterns for people with disabilities. By organizing group discussions with those involved with the ASEAN Disabled Persons Vocational Training Center, Nakhon Chai Si District, Nakhon Pathom Province, totaling 20 people and collecting data from a sample group including personnel performing duties in social welfare work of municipalities and sub-district administrative organizations in Nakhon Pathom Province, a total of 30 people with a digital media performance evaluation form to promote careers and income for people with disabilities of local administrative organizations in Nakhon Pathom Province. The results of the study found that the process of developing digital media to promote careers and income for people with disabilities in local government organizations in Nakhon Pathom Province has four steps: 1) the pre-production stage, 2) the production stage; 3) the post-production stage, 4) quality assessment stage. It was found that the results of the media quality assessment were at the highest level. The results of the assessment of the effectiveness of digital media in promoting careers and income for people with disabilities in local administrative organizations, Nakhon Pathom Province, overall and in each area. at the highest level from the research results, it was discovered that the process of developing digital media to promote careers and income for people with disabilities in local administrative organizations, in Nakhon Pathom Province, with stakeholders in the area participating in every step of the process. It has the highest level of efficiency in knowledge, attitude, and behavior.
