Factors Affecting the Decision to Use an Accountant for Businesses in Bangkok

Abstract
Currently, economic competition is intense, and businesses must continually adapt to the constantly changing environment. An accounting firm serves as a provider of accounting services and financial statement preparation, which are essential for all sectors of the economy and have the potential to generate revenue. This process enhances operational efficiency and enables businesses to achieve effective management. In this article, researchers and teams examine the factors that influence the selection of accounting services among businesses in Bangkok. A questionnaire was administered to 120 participants to gather statistical data, which was then analyzed descriptively using frequency and percentage, as well as mean and standard deviation. Research has shown that the knowledge and skills of enterprise and team accountants influence work quality and office efficiency. Additionally, effective communication with corporate accountants is essential. Professional fees are linked to the decisions made regarding corporate accounting services.
