Strategies to Develop Wellness and Gastronomy Tourism by Communities, Nakon Pathom Province

Abstract
This research aimed to develop strategies for community-based wellness and gastronomy tourism management. This research was qualitative. The samples used in the study were 2 community leaders, 2 people each, 3 academics in community-based health tourism in Nakhon Pathom Province, and 3 people from relevant government and private agencies, totaling 10 people. The samples were obtained by determining the sample size without probability and using a specific selection method with focus group discussions. The tool used for data collection was the focus group discussion method. The data was analyzed using content analysis. The research results found that the strategies to develop wellness and gastronomy tourism by communities can be divided into 4 aspects: 1. The management potential of the tourist attraction 2. The potential of the public utility system and facilities 3. The service potential of the tourist attraction, and 4. The potential for outstanding identity and tourism activities.
