บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) การมีหลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมกับการมีหลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรม และ 4) พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมที่ส่งผลต่อการมีหลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสุรินทร์ เขต 1 การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือผู้บริหารโรงเรียน จำนวน 169 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิตามสัดส่วน เครื่องมือวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.97 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบ เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) การมีหลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมกับการมีหลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูง (rXY = 0.65) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ 4) พฤติกรรมเชิงจริยธรรมด้านการครองงานและด้านการครองคนส่งผลต่อการมีหลักกัลยาณมิตรธรรม โดยสามารถร่วมกันอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 43.40 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยมีความคลาดเคลื่อนมาตรฐานของการพยากรณ์เท่ากับ ±0.23
