A Study of Learning Achievement in Summation Subtraction Multiplication Dividing Fractions Unit and Group Work Behaviors of Grade Sixth Students by Cooperative Learning

Abstract

     The purposes of this research were to compare achievement of learning unit of plus minus multiply divide fractions in grade sixth students before and after learning approach by cooperative learning compare achievement with 70% criteria and compare group working behavior before and after learning approach. The sample groups used in grade sixth students in second semester of 2018 academic year at Khonburinanhontummakosit Wittayakarn School. Amount 15 students research instrument used in collecting data consist of  8 lesson plans for plus minus multiply divide fractions by using students teams with TAI technique TGT technique and STAD technique and items group working behaviors observation form. Statistic were frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation and Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test and Runs test.
     The result found  after learning have average score learning achievement is 18.00 points (60.0%)  over than before learning is 7.07 points (24.22%) before and after study is significant. After learning by using students team achievement compare with  standard 70% criteria the study shows not significant. Compare group working behavior before and after learning approach by cooperative learning that find out the student had improve group working behaviors significant.
