Creative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting High Performance Organization of School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21

Abstract
This research aimed to study 1) Creative Leadership of the school administrators, 2) High-Performance Organization of schools, and 3) Creative Leadership analysis of the school’s administrators which effect on High Performance Organization of School under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 21. The samples consisted of administrators and teachers total of 331 samples by stratified random sampling. The
research instrument was questionnaire and its reliability was at 0.989. Using a computer program for calculating the frequency, mean, standard deviation, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, enter multiple regression analysis, and for the stepwise multiple regression analysis methods.
Research findings were as follows; 1) Creative Leadership of school’s administrators. The highest performance was the flexibility, following with the vision and the imagination was the last found, 2) overview of school’s High-Performance Organization, the highest performance was focusing on students and stakeholders,
following with the personal quality and the learning organization was the last found, lastly, 3) Creative Leadership of school administrators affecting the high performance organization of the school, following with the vision and imagination predicting can be seen at the high performance organization of the school.
