Evaluation of Enhancing School Quality Toward Excellence Project of the School Cluster 15 under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration

Abstract
This research was the study of the evaluation of enhancing the school quality. The purposes of this
research were to evaluate this project in 4 aspects: 1) To evaluate the satisfaction reaction of teachers towards the project; 2) To evaluate the learning outcome to the training base content; 3) To evaluate the behavior of applying knowledge to work in their duties; and 4) To evaluate the direct effects toward the school. The research target population used were 11 teachers and 121 student, sample were 4 teachers and 92 primary students from grade 4-6 of the school cluster 15 under Bangkok Metropolitan Administration. The evaluation of the training program was performed by using Kirkpatrick Model 4 area which were reaction evaluation, learning evaluation, behavior evaluation, and results evaluation. The research tools were structured interviews and a five-point Likert Scale questionnaire. The structure interview was collected from teachers and 5 point questionnaire which consisted of 5 parts for teachers and 2 parts for students. Percentage, mean and standard deviation were used for data analysis.
The results were as follows: 1) Teachers’ satisfaction was at the highest level ( = 4.57, S.D. = 0.19). 2)
Results of learning based on training contents were at the highest level ( = 4.71, S.D. = 0.37). 3) Teachers’ behaviors in knowledge application to duties were at the highest level ( = 4.60, S.D.=0.35), and 4) As for direct effects on the school base on perception at the highest level by teachers ( = 4.68, S.D. = 0.29) and base on perception at high level by students ( = 3.80, S.D. = 0.57).
