การจัดการข้อมูลการวัดและประเมินผลการทดสอบ O-NET ของนักเรียนประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ในเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติ ขั้นพื้นฐาน (O-NET) และเพื่อ ศึกษาวิธีการจัดการข้อมูลผลการทดสอบ O-NET จากโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 ของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 และมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 ทั้ง 8 กลุ่มสาระวิชา โดยใช้ข้อมูลปี 2553 และ 2556 ทำการเก็บ รวบรวมข้อมูลจากโรงเรียนในสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 4 จำนวน 184 โรง มีนักเรียนเข้ารับการ ทดสอบในปี 2553 และปี 2556 รวมทั้งสิ้น 9,750 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า รายวิชาที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุดทั้งในปี 2553 และ ปี 2556 คือ สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา โดยมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (สูงกว่า 50 คะแนน) ส่วนรายวิชาที่นักเรียน มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยตํ่าที่สุด และตํ่ากว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (ตํ่ากว่า 50 คะแนน) คือ ภาษาอังกฤษ ส่วนในระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษา ปีที่ 3 พบว่า รายวิชาที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุดทั้งในปี 2553 และปี 2556 คือ สุขศึกษาและพลศึกษา โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงกว่า เกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (สูงกว่า 50 คะแนน) ส่วนรายวิชาที่นักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยตํ่าที่สุดในปี 2553 คือ ภาษาอังกฤษและ ในปี 2556 รายวิชาที่นักเรียนมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยตํ่าที่สุด คือ วิทยาศาสตร์มีค่าเฉลี่ยตํ่ากว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด (ตํ่ากว่า 50 คะแนน) สำหรับวิธีการจัดการข้อมูลผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (O-NET) เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพผู้เรียน พบว่า วิธีการที่ทุกโรงเรียนดำเนินการเหมือนกัน คือ มีการประชุมชี้แจงและให้ข้อมูลสารสนเทศแก่บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาเกี่ยว กับผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (ONET) และนำผลการทดสอบทางการศึกษาระดับชาติขั้นพื้นฐาน (ONET) ไปเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสำเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตร

Management of O-NET Standard and Assessment of Grade 6 and Grade 9 Students in Nakhon Ratchasima Education Service Area Office 4

The study had been purposed to analyze Ordinary National education Test (O-NET) and to explore the data management towards O-NET’s results in 8 subjects in Grade 6 and Grade 9 students in Nakhon Ratchasima Education Service Area Office 4 in 2010 and 2013. Data collection was conducted from 184 schools. There were 9,750 students subscribing for the tests in 2010 and 2013. The results showed that: O-NET for Grade 6 students revealed the subject with the highest average that in both 2010 and 2013 was Health and Physical Education which represented score higher than assigned score (higher than 50). However, the subject showed the least score average, below the assigned score (lower than 50), was English. For grade 9 students, the results showed that the subject with the highest average that in both 2010 and 2013 was the Health and Physical Education that represented score higher than assigned score. However, in 2010, it showed the least score average, below the assigned score (lower than 50), was English; on the contrary, in 2013 Science was reported to be the subject with lowest average score, below the assigned score. Data management towards O-NET results in order to improve learners’ quality that every school had implemented similar means in practice such as to organize a conference and to hold a meeting to inform staff about ONET’s result, to make use of ONET results as one of the required factors according to the curriculum.
