ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ในอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 234 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เป็นคำถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กใน 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคาร สถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย ด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมตามหลักสูตรด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและการสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน และด้านส่งเสริมเครือข่ายการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการแจกแจงความถี่ คำนวนค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่า t-test และค่า F-test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในอำเภอท่าลี่ จังหวัดเลย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด ด้านการบริหารจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สำหรับผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา พบว่าระดับการศึกษาที่ต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจโดยภาพรวมทั้ง 6 ด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วนแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และเมื่อจำแนกตามอาชีพพบว่า มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนักสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้าน 2 ด้าน คือ ด้านอาคารสถานที่ สิ่งแวดล้อมและความปลอดภัย และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมและสนับสนุนจากทุกภาคส่วน

Parental Satisfaction with the Operation of Child Development Centers under the Local Administration Organization in Tha Li District, Loei Province

The purposes of this research were to study and to compare the parental satisfaction with the operation of child development centers in Tha Li, Loei Province, by gender, educational level and occupation. Sample was 234 parents. The rating scale questionnaires were used as the research instrument regarding to the parental satisfaction with the operation of child development centers which divided into six aspects: the management of the child development center; the personnel; the location, environment and safety; the academic and curriculum activity; the participation and supporting from all parties; and the promotion of the development network of early childhood children. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and the test of hypothesis were completed by using the paired t-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) with F-test.

Results of the research were found that: The parental satisfaction with the operation of child development centers in Tha Li, Loei Province were considerable at high level, and the highest mean score in the management of the child development center. When it was classified by genders, the overall and individual aspects were significantly different at .05 level; by educational level in the overall and individual aspects were not significantly different at a level .05, the participation and supporting from all parties aspects were significantly different at .05 level, and occupations of the overall and individual two aspects were significantly different at .05 level.
