การสังเคราะห์ผลการประเมินตนเองของโรงเรียนศูนย์สถานศึกษาพอเพียง

Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อสังเคราะห์ผลการประเมินตนเองของโรงเรียนศูนย์สถานศึกษาพอเพียง มูลนิธิยุวสถิรคุณ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสำคัญกับระดับความสำเร็จขององค์ประกอบของการประเมินตนเอง ของโรงเรียนศูนย์สถานศึกษาพอเพียงเพื่อศึกษาระดับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง และเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์ประกอบและตัวบ่งชี้ของเกณฑ์ประเมินคุณภาพ กับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงโดยใช้แบบประเมินตนเองและแบบประเมินคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียน ซึ่งมีความเชื่อถือได้ในระดับสูงและใช้ครู นักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง รวมทั้งสิ้น 755 คน ประเมินวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. โรงเรียนศูนย์สถานศึกษาพอเพียงให้ความสำคัญต่อการเตรียมความพร้อม ระบบการเรียนรู้ กิจกรรมของโรงเรียนและกิจกรรมของนักเรียน การเปลี่ยนแปลง และการสร้างเครือข่าย และการขยายผลอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและประสบความสำเร็จในกิจกรรมดังกล่าวในระดับมาก

2. นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะตามหลักปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงที่พึงประสงค์ในระดับมากทั้งรายรวม และรายด้านทั้งด้านจิตใจ ด้านสังคม ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านเทคโนโลยี และด้านทรัพยากรและสิ่งแวดล้อม

3. ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสำคัญกับความสำเร็จอยู่ในระดับต่ำ”ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสำคัญกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับต่ำมากและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความสำเร็จกับคุณลักษณะที่พึงประสงค์ของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับต่ำ

A Study of Synthesizing of Self-Evaluation of the Qualified Schools under the Economic Sufficiency Center

The research aimed at synthesizing self-evaluation of the 9 qualified schools under the Economic Sufficiency Center on the importance, the achievement and the desired characteristics of the students, and aimed at proposing the evaluation lessons for the left qualified schools (38 schools). The instruments were developed by the teachers, the parents and the students representing individual schools with total of 755 persons. The packaged computer program was used to analyze the earned data. The research findings were as follows :

1. The schools under study put the importance on readiness preparation, learning system, school and student activities, change and on net-working building and expansion “very much”. But the school succeeded “much”

2. The student possessed the desired characteristics “much” both as a whole and individual aspects, namely, moral, social, economic, technological, and resource and environment.

3. The relationship between the importance and the achievement and between the achievement and the required characteristics and between the importance and the desired characteristics were “little”.
