การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ ของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์

Abstract

การศึกษาองค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏวไลยอลงกรณ์ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ 500 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับองค์ประกอบความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถาม 0.92 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis: CFA) ใช้โปรแกรม LISREL รหัส: 823F-C5B0-8545-B412 พบว่าองค์ประกอบด้านความดี องค์ประกอบด้านความเก่ง และองค์ประกอบด้านความสุข พบว่า องค์ประกอบทั้ง 3 ดังกล่าวมีค่าน้ำหนักที่มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทุกด้าน โดยน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานอยู่ระหว่าง 0.612-0.908 แสดงว่าองค์ประกอบทั้ง 3 ด้านนี้เป็นตัวบ่งชี้ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยองค์ประกอบที่มีน้ำหนักความสำคัญมากที่สุดในการบ่งชี้ความฉลาดทางอารมณ์ของนักศึกษาคณะครุศาสตร์ ได้แก่ องค์ประกอบด้านความสุข รองลงมาคือองค์ประกอบด้านความเก่ง และองค์ประกอบด้านความดี ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้องค์ประกอบแต่ละด้านดังกล่าวมีความแปรปรวนร่วมกันกับความฉลาดทางอารมณ์โดยรวมประมาณร้อยละ 103.9 92.1 และ 38.7 ตามลำดับ

Factor Analysis of Emotional Quotient of Education Faculty’s Students in Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University under the Royal Patronage

The objective of a study of the Emotional intelligence of the students in the Faculty of Education at ValayaAlongkornRajabhat University under the Royal Patronage is to study the components of emotional intelligence of the students in the Faculty of Education at Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University and the factors that influence the emotional intelligence of the Board of Education. The sample in this study consisted of 500 students were used and the tool was a questionnaire about the components of emotional intelligence of the students in the Faculty of Education. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.92. For analyzing the data, the researchers used the confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) with LISREL code: 823F-C5B0-8545-B412 found that the goodness composition, the cleverness composition, and the happiness composition have the weight on a statistically significant level .01 on all sides by a factor standard scores ranged from 0.612 to 0.908, indicating that the three compositions aspect is the indicator of the emotional intelligence of students in the Faculty of Education were statistically significant. The most important component of a weight to indicate theemotionalintelligence of the students in the Faculty of Education was the happiness, the cleverness, and the goodness in order. Each side has a covariance with emotional intelligence by 103.9, 92.1, and 38.7 in order.
