จิตตปัญญาศึกษาพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ: การพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน รายวิชาผู้นำทางวิชาการและการพัฒนาหลักสูตร

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อพัฒนากิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนด้วยการประยุกต์ใช้กระบวนการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วมในชั้นเรียน โดยนำเสนอลักษณะ กระบวนการจัดกิจกรรม ผลการจัดกิจกรรม และความคิดเห็นต่อกิจกรรมจิตตปัญญาศึกษาพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำ ในรายวิชา ผู้นำทางวิชาการและการพัฒนาหลักสูตร ดำเนินการ 3 วงรอบ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท สาขาวิชาการบริหารการศึกษา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครราชสีมา 3 รุ่น รุ่นละ 30 คน เลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือใช้ เอกสารรายละเอียดรายวิชาตามมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิระดับอุดมศึกษา (มคอ.3) แผนการจัดกิจกรรม แบบบันทึกผลการจัดกิจกรรม และสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็น ผ่านการประเมินคุณภาพเครื่องมือเชิงคุณภาพ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักการสำคัญ เป็นกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตน เรียนรู้คน เรียนรู้ร่วมกัน เรียนรู้ทำงาน และเรียนรู้ภูมิใจ มีลักษณะบูรณาการ กิจกรรม 3 ส่วน ได้แก่ กิจกรรมการฝึกจิตรู้ตนเอง กิจกรรมสื่อสารและกิจกรรมเชิงรุก แบบมีส่วนร่วม 2) กระบวนการจัดกิจกรรม ได้แก่ 2.1) การทำสมาธิเข้าใจตัวตน 2.2) กิจกรรม สุนทรียสนทนาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ 2.3) กิจกรรมผสานความแตกต่าง 2.4) กิจกรรมสร้างความไว้ใจ 2.5) กิจกรรมร่วมไม้ร่วมมือ 2.6) นำเสนอความภูมิใจ 2.7) กิจกรรมผ่อนคลายเพิ่มพลัง 2.8) สะท้อนคิดมิตรไมตรี 3) ผลจากการจัดกิจกรรม นักศึกษาเข้าใจตนเอง เข้าใจคนรอบข้าง เข้าใจความแตกต่าง เข้าใจอยู่ร่วมกัน เข้าใจร่วมสรรค์สร้าง เข้าใจพลังสามัคคี 4) ความคิดเห็นต่อกิจกรรม นักศึกษาพึงพอใจในเชิงบวก โดยกิจกรรมจิตตปัญญาศึกษาสามารถนำมาบูรณาการในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้ผู้เรียนได้ลงมือปฏิบัติในการทำกิจกรรมเพื่อเรียนรู้ตนเองและผู้อื่น เกิดการยอมรับ สามารถอยู่ร่วมกันและทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผล
