Abstract
The purposes of this study was to 1) investigate attitudes, knowledge, feelings, and behaviors towards the use of daily-life communicative skills of undergraduate students of Southeast Bangkok University, 2) explore behaviors, knowledge, attitudes, and practices towards the use of daily-life communicative skills of undergraduate students of Southeast Bangkok University, and 3) examine the relationship between attitudes and behaviors towards the use of daily-life communicative skills of undergraduate students of Southeast Bangkok University. This research employed a quantitative approach, utilizing online questionnaires (Google Forms) for data collection. The sample consisted of 25 undergraduate students in Group 1. in the regular program and enrolled in 100212: International Communication Etiquette course in the first academic year 2021 at Southeast Bangkok University.using Group sampling. The statistical analyses were basic statistical and Pearson Correlation coefficient. The results showed that 1) attitudes, knowledge, feelings, and behaviors towards the use of daily-life communicative skills of undergraduate students were the highest (= 4.51, sd. = 0.63) 2) Behavior, knowledge, attitudes, and practice towards the use of daily-life communicative skills of undergraduate students were high (=4.33, sd.=0.76) and 3) for the relationship between attitudes and behaviors towards the use of daily-life communicative skills of undergraduate students, the relationship between attitudes and use of daily-life communicative skills was 0.951 and the relationship between behaviors and use of daily-life communicative skills was 0.915 which was positive with 0.05 statistical significance.
