Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs and assess the quality of the design of the academic service system, specifically the testing and inspection services, at the College of Industrial Technology, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. The sample was 24 individuals from 9 departments using purposive sampling. The instrument was a questionnaire. The statistical analyzes were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results showed that the need for system design, as expressed by operators or system users, was the highest, with an average of 5.00 and a standard deviation of 0.00. The quality of system designed by system experts of the college was the highest, with an average of 4.78 and a standard deviation of 0.43. The satisfaction with the system design, as expressed by operators or system users, was also the highest, with an average of 4.90 and a standard deviation of 0.30.
