As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The checklist before article submission
In the steps of article submission, the author must check the list and follow the regulations for every checklist of article submission as specified below. Otherwise, the article may be returned to the author(s) if he or she does not follow every regulation in the checklist. Academic Article
The academic article must comprise the article title (both in Thai language and English language), abstract (both in Thai language and English language) with the length of not more than 300 words, keywords (both in Thai language and English language) about 2 – 5 words, introduction, body of article, conclusion, and references. Every page of the article must have page number. As such, the article should be 10 – 15 pages long.
Research Article
The research article must comprise the article title (both in Thai language and English language), abstract (both in Thai language and English language) with the length of not more than 300 words, keywords (both in Thai language and English language) about 2 – 5 words, background and significance of the problem, research objectives, research hypotheses (if any), research scope, research concept framework, definition of terms (if any), research methodology, research results, discussion, recommendations, and references. Every page of the article must have page number. As such, the article should be 10 – 15 pages long.
Article Submission
The author submits the article manuscript to the editorial board via the ThaiJo online system: https://www.tci-thaijo.org/index.php/edjour_stou/index
Referencing
The author must include in the list of references only articles that have been quoted or cited in his/her article. The entries in the list of references must be alphabetically arranged based on the main author’s surname. The format of references must be in accordance with the regulations specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7 Edition, which can be downloaded from Examples of References.
Article Quality Certifying Form
In case the author is a graduate student, he/she must also submit an Article Quality Certifying Form that has been approved by the major thesis advisor. The Article Quality Certifying Form can also be downloaded.

Details of Manuscript Preparation
The manuscripts written in Thai language, English language, or both languages should be typed in Angsana New 15 font on one side of A4 paper. They should be from 10 to 15 pages long and have the following details:
Title: In case the article is in Thai language, there must be a sub-title in English language under the Thai language title. In case the article is in English language, the title can be in English language alone. The title should be short and concise but contains the substance that is comprehensive and relevant to research objectives.
Author’s Name: Present the author’s name both in Thai and English language, together with academic rank and supervising work agency.
Abstract: In case the article is in Thai language, the abstract must be in both Thai language and English language. The abstract in Thai language must appear first to be followed by the abstract in English language. In case the article is in English language, only the abstract in English language is required. The abstract must be no longer than 300 words and cover the main substances of the article.
Contents: The contents of article should be written in simple language that is clear and easy to understand. In the case of using abbreviations (both in Thai language and English language), the full name of the abbreviation must be shown first. The contents of article submitted for publication consideration must comprise the following substances:
In the case of academic articles, the contents of the article must comprise the following main substances:
Introduction. This is the description of the background and significance of the topic or issues in the article leading to the presentation of objectives of the article.
Body of Contents. The body of contents is divided into sub-topics or parts that must be printed at the left margin of the page.
Conclusion. This is the conclusion of substances of the article written in concise and clear language.
References. The format of references must be in accordance with the regulations specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7 Edition.
Appendices (if any).

In the case of research articles, the contents of the article must comprise the following main substances:
The Background and Significance of the Problem. This is the presentation of rationale for doing the research. It should include citations of other related research studies.
Research Objectives and Research Questions (if any).
Research Hypotheses (if any).
Research Scope and Conceptual Framework of Research (if any). They should be written in descriptive form and/or using the flow charts or figures to indicate the relationship of variables.
Definition of Terms (if any). It should be written in descriptive form.
Research Methodology. It should describe the steps of the research process by mentioning the research population and sample, the sampling method, source of research data, research instruments including data collecting instruments, quality verification of research instruments, data collection, and statistics for data analysis.
Research Results. This is the presentation of research findings based on research objectives.
Discussion. This is the discussion to interpret the research results in terms of what do they mean based on some underlying or related theories, or to compare with the previous research findings in terms of agreement or contradiction.
Recommendations. They should include recommendations for application of research results and recommendations for further research studies.
References. The format of references must be in accordance with the regulations specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7 Edition, which can be downloaded from Examples of References.
Appendices. They should include tables and figures (if any). Only necessary appendices should be presented. They can be submitted as a part at the end of the article or can be submitted as a separate file. The tables must have titles, be arranged according to their numbers, and have descriptions of their highlights; while the figures must also have titles under them, be arranged according to their numbers, and have descriptions of their highlights. The format of tables and figures must be in accordance with the regulations specified in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 7 Edition.

Remarks:
The submitted article must not have previously been published, or must not be under the process of submission for publication in any other journal.
The submitted article will be published in STOU Education Journal after it has passed the screening review from at least two experts in the relevant field of study or related fields of study. The review is in the form of double-blind peer review, with both the author’s name and the reviewer’s name being not revealed.
As for the submitted article that has not passed the screening review for publication, the editorial board will inform its author of the decision but will not return the manuscript to the author.
Regarding the payment for publication, the article author must pay the amount of 4,000 baht for publication of article written in Thai language, or 6,000 baht for publication of article written in English language after the editorial board has considered the relevance of the article to the scope of the journal and the preliminary quality of the article before submitting it to the peer reviewers. The editorial board will inform the article author of this decision.
The article author can make the publication payment by transferring the payment amount to the savings account entitled Muang Thong Thani branch, account number 147-0-34368-1, account name Ms. Duongdearn Suwanjinda and Ms. Ketkanok Urwongse After that, the article author must send the transferring evidence to edjournal@stou.ac.th e-mail address.
