The key informants were 216 teachers, representing each school size.The employed research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics for data analysis were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square test, Pearson’s correlation, and regression analysis. Research findings were as follows: 1)Regarding the success level of instruction by teachers in the Thai Language Learning Area at Prathom Suksa VI level in School found that the success level of medium sized school was higher than those of the large and small schools. 2)Regarding the relationships between the success level of instruction by teachers in the Thai Language Learning Area at Prathom Suksa VI level in School and the size of school, it was found that the size of school in which the teachers work correlates significantly at the .05 level with the success level of instruction by the teachers. Yach = 27.057 + 2.371(Adm) + 0.988(Stu) + 2.235(Ins) - 0.991(Par)
Zach = 0.203Zadm + 0.099Zstu + 0.161Zinst - .1327par
