A Study of Satisfaction of School Personnel with the Teaching Practice Step of Teacher Professional Experience Practicum of Student Teachers from the Faculty of Education, Loei Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the levels of satisfaction of school personnel with the teaching practice step of teacher professional experience practicum of student teachers from Faculty of Education, Loei Rajabhat University. The sample consisted of 395 school personnel obtained by multi-stage sampling. The employed research instrument was a 5-scale rating questionnaire. Statistics employed for data analysis were the frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test dependent, and one-way ANOVA. Research findings were as follows: The overall satisfaction of the school personnel with the teaching practice step of teacher professional experience practicum of student teachers from the Faculty of Education, Loei Rajabhat University was at the high level. When the levels of satisfaction of the school personnel were compared based on their status, it was found that the school administrators and the mentor teachers differed significantly in their levels of satisfaction at the .05 level of statistical significance.
