Abstract

The purposes of this creative research entitled “Momentary Mental” Creative research on mental moment for the purpose of this research is to 1) study the meaning of happiness. and the level of happiness in the viewpoint of Buddhism; 2) creating works of art from the concept of happiness in the viewpoint of Buddhism. The researcher has designed the research process as follows: 1) studying relevant knowledge and determine the conceptual framework of the research, 2) creating work, and 3) analyzing the work entitled “Momentary Mental” by using the "Design Chart" for the analysis of the relationship between artistic fundamental and the artistic principle of Gene Miller.

The results of the research showed that the Tripitaka (Buddhist scriptures) divided the hell-heaven into 3 levels: 1) The results of the study of the meaning of happiness and the level of happiness in the viewpoint of Buddhism. It was found that happiness was comfort, pleasure, juiciness and joy. can be divided into two types: physical happiness and mental happiness, there are 13 pairs, some couples have narrow content boundaries that do not cover other happiness couples or other levels of happiness But some couples have a wide content scope that covers other couples happiness. or all other levels of happiness, these 13 pairs can be summarized into 2 main characteristics, namely happiness based on amis and not based on amis. There are 3 levels of happiness which are kamasuk, jhanasuk, and nirvana. 2) Create works of art from the concept of happiness in the viewpoint of Buddhism. the researcher was interested in Momentary Mental in each moment using the symbolic drawing technique | which was to concentrate on the lines, one by one, to avoid sending the mind out and try to get the mind to be with oneself. The symbol I represented the mind that was out and paid attention to other matters momentarily. The number of ๐ that increased represented sending the mind that went out for longer period of time, from ๐ to ๐๐๐๐๐. When using the symbol ๐๐๐๐๐, it represented stopping the activities that day and starting again on another day by writing the date, month, and year in order to record each day of the work that it was created from the first day to the end of the fabric length of 12 meters.
