The Guideline of the Information System of Phusangwitthayakhom School under the Secondary Educational Service Area 36

The objectives of this study were; to investigate the current states of information system administration of Phusangwitthayakhom school under the Secondary Educational Service Area 36, to study the problems of information system administration of Phusangwitthayakhom school under the Secondary Educational Service Area 36, and to study the developing of information system guidelines for Phusangwitthayakhom school under the Secondary Educational Service Area 36. The sample size included 51 persons consists of 3 administrators, 8 teachers who worked in the part of information system, 39 teachers who worked related with the information system in 2015 academic year as well as 1 educational information technicians under the Secondary Educational Service Area 36. The materials and methods are self-administration questionnaires, check list form, five ratio estimation form and in-depth interview form. Data was analyzed through the mean, percent, and standard deviation. Then, the data is presented by table and essay. This study indicated that the quality of practice the information system administration at Phusangwitthayakhom school under the Secondary Educational Service Area 36 as a whole was medium. Regarding the consideration of 5 individual steps, collecting data was at a high level whereas checking data was at a medium level. Conversely, processing data, presenting data, and uploading data were low. In term of the guidelines information system for Phusangwitthayakhom school, the workshop for data collection and computer-based software should be provided, i.e. on-line questionnaire. Data checking should be currently checked and uploaded data. Moreover, data reporting should have been presenting on school website. Datamanagement should be uploaded in Database server and also Cloud Service, these more effective for heavy data and also maintain data to protect the data for useful to reinstall data in advance.
