Abstract

The purposes of this research were: 1) to study the school management and school curriculum. Including relevant persons have roles and responsibilities in school management and school curriculum. 2) study on the important factors affect to the quality of school management and school curriculum. 3) to find out desirable conditions that affect to the quality of school management and school curriculum. 4) to give guidelines for the school management and school curriculum. A sample was selected from 139 people including School administrators, Teacher, Student ,Guardian and so on. The research data was analyzed using a questionnaire which analyze data using Microsoft Excel and Small Group Discussion. The results of the study were as follows : 1) School management and school curriculum which Consistent in Thai education4.0,The result was at a good level. 2) The result of the important factors affect to the quality of school management and school curriculum were found out in 2 factors; Support factor and Hampering education factor. 3) Desirable conditions that affect to the quality of school management and school curriculum divided into 2 factors. 4) Guidelines and suggestions for school management and school curriculum.
