แนวทางในการบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วมเพื่อการพัฒนานวัตกรรม ในการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับนักเรียน โรงเรียนเทศบาล 3

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to examine the current and desirable circumstance in the participatory administration for development of learning management innovation for students at Municipality 3 School Srisaimoon and 2) to develop the participatory administration guidelines for the development of learning management innovation for students at Municipality 3 School Srisaimoon. The population was 3 2 educational stakeholders. The research instruments were questionnaire examining the current and desirable circumstance in the participatory administration for learning management innovation for students at Municipality 3 School and structured interview. The statistics for data analysis were percentage and Priority Need Index (PNI). The results showed that: Part 1 : The current and desirable circumstance for participatory administration for learning management innovation for students Municipality 3 School In overall, the Priority Need Index (PNI) analysis of the current and desirable circumstance revealed that the PNIs for Co-Planning, Co-Implementation, Co-Evaluation , and Shared Benefits were .73, 1.13, 1.21 and 1.17 respectively Part 2 : The participatory administration guidelines for the development of learning management for students at Municipality 3 School Srisaimoon. The results indicated that the school had co-planning for data collection about problems, problems and obstacles analysis of the past operation, and sectioning the related group for co-planning and co-implementation. The school should draw participation from scholars and experts in every step of the development of learning management innovation for students. The stakeholders can then earn the shared benefits evolved from the participatory administration in the development of learning management innovation for students at Municipality 3 School Srisaimoon.
