Abstract

This independent study aims to (1) study the academic management of Anuban Phayao School (2) To study the important factors affecting the administration of academic affairsof Anuban Phayao School. and (3) Proposals for improving the quality of academic administration of Anuban Phayao School , there are 3 steps as follows: 1) The data were 99 administrators and teachers. Is a questionnaire Analyze data by finding mean And standard deviation Then presented in the table. 2) Study the important factors affecting the administration of academic affairs. Key informants included 4 administrators, 1 academic supervisor, 1 teacher, sixth grade teachers, and 11 informants. The data collection tools were semi-structured interviews. Analyze the content and then present it in the form of a composition. 3) propose a guideline for improving the quality of academic management. The key informants were 4 administrators, 1 academic supervisor, 6 supervisors, 1 supervisor and 12 informants.
