Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) To examine the curriculum administration and management situation by means of mixed-method approach. The data was analyzed for percentage and interpreted into quality level. (2) To investigate key factors affecting quality of curriculum administration and management by means of participatory action research. Brainstorming. The data was analyzed by content analysis and presented into figures with rationale description. (3) To develop the desirable future scenario of early childhood education curriculum administration and management for Thailand Education 4.0 of Huay Charoen Wittaya School. The data collection employed participatory action research by means of focus-group discussion. The data was analyzed by content analysis and developed into
a summary report for construction of strategies. 4) To develop strategies for early childhood education curriculum administration and management for Thailand Education 4.0 of
Huay Charoen Wittaya School. The data collection employed participatory action research by means of focus-group discussion. The data was analyzed by content analysis and developed into a summary report for construction of projects. The results showed that:

                   The early childhood education curriculum administration and management for Thailand Education 4.0 of Huay Charoen Wittaya School regarding quality of learners was rated at the excellence level. The curriculum administration and management process, in overall, was rated at the highest level similar to that of learner-centeredness learning experience was also rated at the highest level.

                   The key factors affecting the curriculum administration and management consisted of 3 aspects i.e. (1) Quality of learners (2) Curriculum administration and management process (3) Learner-centeredness learning experience.

                   The desirable future scenario of early childhood education administration and management consisted of 3 aspects i.e. (1) Quality of learners (2) Curriculum administration and management process (3) Learner-centeredness learning experience.

                The development of strategies for early childhood education curriculum administration and management for Thailand Education 4.0 required determination of vision, mission, goals and strategic issues for designing of the projects as follows. Strategy 1: Developing early childhood children following 4 aspects of developmental stage. Strategy 2 Developing administration and management system and curriculum underpinning Co-partner School Framework. Strategy 3 Developing experiential learning for children underpinning Thai Kids 4.0 Framework.
