Abstract

The Study of the development of management strategies and curriculum management of Social studies, religion and culture Department learning in line with the 21st century education of Huai Sak Wittayakom School. Its objectives are to study the development of management strategies and course management of Social studies, religion and culture Department learning in line with the 21st century education of Huai Sak Wittayakom School. sample group 1) Directors 2 people, 2) Teachers 20 people, 3) Students 40 people, 4) Parents that’s in term of Huai Sak Wittayakhom School 5 people, 5) Community 2 people 6) School Board that’s in term of Huai Sak subdistrict and Doi Larn subdistrict 2 people, 7) Supervisors of Secondary Education Service Area Office Zone 36 Chiangrai 2 people, Total 72 people. Research tool for participatory workshop as

1. Analysis of key factors affecting to curriculum management for social studies, religion and culture Department.
2. Analysis of participation Strategic Needs to strategy development for curriculum management for social studies, religion and culture Department.
3. Determination of future strategic plans , statistical analysis method, analysis of key content, descriptive summary and synthesized to present as a strategic management approach.

The study found that those person who are involved have participated workshops, establish work plans, projects, vision, mission, goals and strategies to drive management strategies and course management of Social studies, religion and culture Department learning in line with the 21st century education of Huai Sak Wittayakom School for 3 issues:

1.   Student quality issues
2.   Issues of administrative process and curriculum management, and
3.   Issues of Child Center Learning

It consists of 4 strategies which are

1.   Modify the quality of curriculum management for Social studies, religion and culture Department that support quality.
2.   Improve networks to strengthen by adhering to principles of administration and management curriculum of Social studies, religion and culture Department that support the satisfaction of those involved.
3.   Develop Social studies, religion and culture Department of Huai Sak Wittayakhom School to be a learning organization that support internal processes.

       4.   Promote Child Center Learning of Social studies, religion and culture Department of Huai Sak Wittayakhom School to be a learning organization that support a learning and development perspective.
