The relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and the supervision of the school under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Area Office 3

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the academic leadership of school administrators, internal supervision of schools and the relationship between the academic leadership of school administrators and internal supervision of schools under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Area Office 3. The populations were 1,666 teachers. The samples were 313 teachers by Stratified Random Sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaires of academic leadership and internal supervision of schools. The data were analyzed mean, standard deviation and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The research result showed that academic leadership of school administrators were at high level in overall, internal supervision of schools were at high level in overall and the relationship between academic leadership of school administrators and the supervision of the school under the Chiang Rai Primary Education Area Office 3 is in positive direction level at statistical significance of .01
