Learning Resources Management Strategy to Support 21st Century Skills Development A Case Study of Ban Si Don Moon School

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to propose a learning resource management strategy to support learners' 21st century skills development. A case study of Ban Si Don Moon School. Use a mixed action research method. Both quantitative, qualitative and participatory operations the research tool was an opinion questionnaire. group chat A participatory workshop using A-I-C and Scenario Planning techniques. Participants and informants were 1 school director, 11 teachers, 3 school committees. Data were analyzed by means of content analysis.                    The results of the study revealed that the overall learning center management condition good level The side with the highest mean is Assessment of the use of learning resources of educational institutions good level The item with the lowest average value was the use of learning resources in educational institutions at a good level. the main factors that affect resource management are supporting factors and restraining factors.
