การส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกของผู้เรียนในการศึกษาตัวแบบมาร์คอฟ ด้วยโปรแกรม QM for Windows V5 กรณีศึกษา ผู้เรียนสาขาวิชานวัตกรรมและการจัดการข้อมูลธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม

การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นสำคัญและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมอย่างกระตือรือร้นผ่านการคิดวิเคราะห์ การทดลอง และการประยุกต์ใช้ความรู้ในสถานการณ์จริง โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีเป็นเครื่องมือสนับสนุน มีบทบาทสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะการคิดขั้นสูง โดยเฉพาะในบริบทของเนื้อหาทางคณิตศาสตร์ที่มีความซับซ้อน เช่น ตัวแบบมาร์คอฟ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ของผู้เรียนในการศึกษาตัวแบบมาร์คอฟโดยใช้โปรแกรม QM for Windows V5 และ (2) เสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพในลักษณะปรากฏการณ์วิทยา กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ชั้นปีที่ 3 สาขาวิชานวัตกรรมและการจัดการข้อมูลธุรกิจอุตสาหกรรม จำนวน 3 คน ได้มาจากการคัดเลือกตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ การสัมภาษณ์แบบไม่มีโครงสร้าง แบบบันทึกภาคสนาม และแบบสะท้อนผลการเรียนรู้ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการวิเคราะห์เชิงตีความ โดยดำเนินการเก็บรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลควบคู่กัน และตรวจสอบความน่าเชื่อถือของข้อมูลด้วยวิธีสามเส้าและการตรวจสอบโดยผู้ให้ข้อมูล
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้เรียนสามารถใช้โปรแกรม QM for Windows V5 ในการดำเนินการพื้นฐาน ได้แก่ การนำเข้าข้อมูล การกำหนดพารามิเตอร์ และการตั้งค่าสถานะเริ่มต้น เพื่อวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบมาร์คอฟได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยผู้เรียนเกิดการเรียนรู้ผ่านการศึกษาด้วยตนเอง การแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับเพื่อน และการสนับสนุนจากผู้สอน ส่งผลให้สามารถสร้าง วิเคราะห์ และคาดการณ์การเปลี่ยนแปลงของสถานะได้อย่างมีเหตุผล และเกิดความเข้าใจเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับตัวแบบมาร์คอฟ นอกจากนี้ การใช้โปรแกรมยังช่วยเชื่อมโยงความรู้เชิงทฤษฎีกับการประยุกต์ใช้ในสถานการณ์จริงได้อย่างชัดเจน ข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้เชิงรุกโดยใช้เทคโนโลยี ประกอบด้วย การออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ที่เน้นปัญหาเป็นฐาน การอภิปรายและแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นการสังเคราะห์แนวคิดทางคณิตศาสตร์ การพัฒนาสื่อมัลติมีเดีย และการสร้างชุมชนแห่งการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาการจัดการเรียนการสอนในระดับอุดมศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
