Abstract

Criminal offenders with mental illness are different from other criminal cases in terms of cause, motives, patterns of action and behavior of the offender. Majority of perpetrators are most often asymptomatic patients, so they can live with others in the society harmoniously. It is therefore interesting to study the causes of crime in order to find ways to prevent and guidelines for appropriate punishment.
