Quality Perception and Satisfaction towards Information System and ICT Service at Fang Hospital, Chiang Mai Province

This research is a cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the quality perception and satisfaction of Fang Hospital personnel, and factors associated with personnel satisfaction of information systems and information service (ICT). Samples were 200 people. Data were collected from questionnaires and were analyzed by using percentage, mean and Chi-square. The results showed that most of the samples were female, (75%), age between 19-30 years old. The average age was 31 years old, work in nursing groups (46.0%). The personnel had work experienced 1-5 years (40.0%), received training in information usage (53.5%), and they used desktop computer (56.5%), accessed the information systems. Awere the ease of using, benefits perception of information usage at a high level of (80.0%), (81.0%), (68.5%) respectively, They satisfied with the information system and information service (ICT) of Fang Hospital, Chiang mai Province at a moderate level at (44.5%).
The factors associated with the personal satisfaction were education level, work group, training, frequency of using and connecting by using desktop computers, perceived quality in easily accessed, safety and benefits of use, Therefore staff should be consider the quality service and performance use of the information system and information service for benefits of users to the health service system.
