Interesting law on Criteria and procedures for transferring public health missions to the Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

In addition to the Constitution and the 1999 Decentralization of Powers to Local Administrative Organization Act, criteria and procedures for the transfer of public health missions to the Provincial Administrative Organization, there are also announcements, orders, cabinet’s resolutions, related to the transfer about 13 documents, which the author has gathered important documents briefly, including

1) Announcement of the Committee on Decentralization to Local Administrative Organizations on criteria and procedures for transferring the mission of the 60th Anniversary Nawamintrachinee Health Station. and sub-district health promoting hospitals for the Provincial Administrative Organization, according to the policy of decentralization in public health.

2) Order of the Sub-Committee on Criteria for Operation and Management of the Fund on Appointment of a Working Group on Proposal for National Health Security Fund Budget Management according to the policy of decentralization in public health

3) Document from the National Health Security Office on the budget allocation agreement between regular service units and primary care units transferred from the Ministry of Public Health to the Provincial Administrative Organization, according to the law on decentralization, fiscal year 2023

4) Budget allocation agreement - public health hospital - transferring - coordinating districts

5) Summary of the resolutions of the committee - Sub-committee on the operation and management of the fund  and 6) Letter from the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Health, on the authorization of the operation in relation to the transfer of the mission
