Abstract

This article's aim is to present guidelines for the development of public health organizations by focusing on those at the primary level in order to respond to and keep up with the current situation, which is rapidly changing and severe, which we know as the "VUCA World" to prepare and develop continuously, ready to adapt under strategic management that is appropriate according to the context. Adapt to keep up with the changes that occur in the constantly changing environment. Strategic management is one way to help public health administration. They are able to determine the direction of the organization, analyze both the external and internal environments of the organization, help determine strategies that are suitable for the organization in order to apply those strategies, and control and evaluate the performance of the organization. Therefore, one of the goals of public health organizations is to focus on "Organization Development" in the proper way, that is, strategic management for the development of public health organizations in the VUCA World by Techniques of 3 Knows of "Know people, know us, and Know development", as a mechanism to drive work in accordance with a clear approach and continuous development under the strategy. efficient management
