ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการพัฒนาเครือข่ายระบบสุขภาพอำเภอของคณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ อำเภอบ้านม่วง ภายใต้บริบทโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ถ่ายโอนสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสกลนคร

การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจแบบภาคตัดขวางนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยและระดับการพัฒนาเครือข่ายระบบสุขภาพอำเภอ รวมถึงศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการพัฒนาเครือข่ายฯ ภายใต้บริบทการถ่ายโอนโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) ไปสังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัด (อบจ.) กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ คณะกรรมการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตระดับอำเภอ (พชอ.) และบุคลากรสาธารณสุข อำเภอบ้านม่วง จำนวน 230 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้สูตรแบบทราบจำนวนประชากร และสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.703-0.987 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน และการวิเคราะห์ถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยมีการสร้างตัวแปรหุ่นสำหรับตัวแปรเชิงกลุ่ม
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรู้ ทัศนคติ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และโครงสร้างองค์กรอยู่ในระดับมาก เช่นเดียวกับการพัฒนาเครือข่ายฯ ในภาพรวมที่อยู่ในระดับมาก ปัจจัยโครงสร้างองค์กร กระบวนการ และความรู้เกี่ยวกับบทบาทคณะกรรมการ พชอ. มีอิทธิพลร่วมกันต่อการพัฒนาเครือข่ายระบบสุขภาพอำเภออย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ร้อยละ 72.4 (R2 = .724) ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นข้อเสนอแนะเชิงปฏิบัติในการจัดทำข้อตกลง เพื่อบูรณาการทรัพยากรข้ามสังกัด และการพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้นำร่วม เพื่อให้การจัดบริการสุขภาพปฐมภูมิเกิดความต่อเนื่องและไร้รอยต่อ
