ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน ในจังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์: กรณีศึกษาแอปพลิเคชันสมาร์ท อสม.

งานวิจัยชิ้นนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อระบุปัจจัยสำคัญที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับและการนำแอปพลิเคชันสมาร์ท อสม. มาใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานของอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน (อสม.) การศึกษานี้ดำเนินการภายใต้วิธีวิทยาการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้เครื่องมือเป็นแบบสอบถามที่มีการประเมินผลด้วยมาตรวัดของลิเคิร์ท ที่มีระดับความเห็นจาก 1 ถึง 7 ผ่านการสำรวจประชากรทั้งหมด ในกลุ่มของสมาชิกอสม. ตำบลนาดี อำเภอยางตลาด จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ จำนวนทั้งหมด 110 คน โดยการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจะใช้วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผ่านสมการโครงสร้างแบบกำลังสองน้อยที่สุดบางส่วน (PLS-SEM) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยเช่น การรับรู้ความเสี่ยง ความคาดหวังในประสิทธิภาพ อิทธิพลทางสังคม และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ มีผลกระทบที่เป็นบวกต่อเจตนาเชิงพฤติกรรมในการใช้แอปพลิเคชันสมาร์ท อสม. นอกจากนี้ ยังพบว่าเจตนาเชิงพฤติกรรมมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับพฤติกรรมการใช้งานจริง ของแอปพลิเคชันดังกล่าว ผลการวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นถึงความสำคัญของการจัดการความกังวลด้านความปลอดภัย การเสริมสร้างทักษะเกี่ยวกับความรอบรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ การพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันให้มีประสิทธิภาพ การสนับสนุนจากสังคม และการส่งเสริมเจตนาเชิงพฤติกรรมที่ดีใน อสม. ข้อเสนอแนะเชิงนโยบายจากงานวิจัยนี้ ได้แก่ การเสริมสร้างมาตรการความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล การฝึกอบรมอย่างต่อเนื่องเพื่อเพิ่มความรอบรู้สารสนเทศอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ด้านสุขภาพ การพัฒนาและปรับปรุงฟังก์ชันการใช้งานของแอปพลิเคชัน การส่งเสริมแรงจูงใจทางสังคมผ่านการสนับสนุนจากบุคคลสำคัญ และการให้บริการสนับสนุนด้านเทคนิคอย่างต่อเนื่อง ข้อเสนอแนะเหล่านี้มุ่งหวังเพื่อเพิ่มการยอมรับและการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันสมาร์ท อสม. อย่างยั่งยืนในอนาคต
