แนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา จำแนกตามวุฒิการศึกษาประสบการณ์การทำงาน และขนาดสถานศึกษา และ 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา ปีการศึกษา 2566 จำนวน 291 คน กำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยใช้ตารางสำเร็จรูปของโคเฮน และใช้การกำหนดตัวอย่างวิจัยแบบชั้นภูมิ จากนั้นทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ระหว่าง 0.80 - 1.00 มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกระหว่าง 0.42 - 0.80 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.983 และแบบสัมภาษณ์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สำหรับข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผลการศึกษาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาสังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาฉะเชิงเทรา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำเชิงนวัตกรรมของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาฯ พบว่า 2.1) ด้านการมีวิสัยทัศน์เชิงนวัตกรรม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาต้องมีความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์ และมีการวิเคราะห์สภาพแวดล้อมของสถานศึกษา 2.2) ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและมีส่วนร่วม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจะต้องกำหนดโครงสร้างการบริหารงานให้มีความชัดเจน มีการประชุม วางแผนอย่างเป็นระบบ 2.3) ด้านการบริหารความเสี่ยง ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจะต้องวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง ควบคุม และขจัดความเสี่ยงในทุก ๆ ด้าน 2.4) ด้านความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจะต้องศึกษาจุดเด่นของสถานศึกษา จัดทำโครงการใหม่ ๆ ที่สื่อถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ และ 2.5) ด้านการสร้างบรรยากาศองค์กรนวัตกรรม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาจะต้องสร้างนวัตกรรมที่สอดรับกับนโยบาย ทำข้อตกลงร่วมกัน (MOU) และพัฒนาองค์กรให้เป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรม
