Satisfaction of Using Zoom Online Application in Physics of Waves Subject: A Case Study of Undergraduate Students at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University

Abstract
The purposes of this research were 1) to study satisfaction of using zoom online application in physics of waves subject of undergraduate students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and 2) to compare satisfaction of using Zoom online application in physics of waves subject of undergraduate students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University classified by genders. The sample size of this study were 50 second-year undergraduate students majoring in General Science at Faculty of Education at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat Universit. The study used the self-administered questionnaire as research instruments. The statistical tools used are percentages, mean, standard deviation, t-test and t-test for independent sample. Automatic Program is used for data analysis.
The results of the study are as follows:
1) For the analysis of satisfaction of using Zoom online application in physics of waves subject of undergraduate students of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, it is found that the overall satisfaction of using Zoom online application in physics of waves subject is in high level and higher than the standard at different statistical significance at .05 level. For the analysis as each aspect, it is found that overall usage of the application is in high level and easy to use and communicate at all times between the instructor and learner group is in the highest level. The overall teaching and learning is in high level and convenience to present performance through Zoom online application is in the highest level.
2) Difference in gender has affected satisfaction of using Zoom online application in physics of waves subject at the statistically difference of .05 level.
