There are 11 informers. New Public Service according to Denhardt & Denhardt concept, is possible with communities of high strength and potential. There must be an integration of social capital, cultural capital and conditions of leadership within the organization as a unity. This will lead to the integration of administration among the public sector, the private sector, and the community in a concrete manner. This is in line with the administrative guidelines of Khao Kaew Sub-district Municipality towards organizing traditional events. "Tum Home Thai Dam Brothers" researches how the Khao Kaew Subdistrict Municipality has adjusted the management strategy to provide public service to the community by giving the community the opportunity to take part in organizing the traditional event. "Tum Home Thai Dam Brothers" in every process, from the planning stage budget disbursement request and organizing various activities, results in administrative efficiency in line with the New Public Service approach (NPS). In this approach, government agencies play a role in supporting and facilitating activities, with a primary focus on community participation rather than top-down directives from government agencies.
