บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนเนินหอม โดยประยุกต์ใช้วงจรเดมมิ่ง ผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก 2 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ 1) ประชาชนในตำบลเนินหอมที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยว จำนวน 8 คน ประกอบด้วย ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้นำวิสาหกิจชุมชน และ 2) นักท่องเที่ยวอาสาสมัคร จำนวน 30 คน คัดเลือกจากนักท่องเที่ยวที่สนใจ อายุ 20 ปีขึ้นไป เครื่องมือวิจัย คือ แบบการประชุมกลุ่มย่อย และแบบสอบถาม ทดสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือด้วยค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้อง (IOC) ค่าดัชนีรวม 0.98 ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา และสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ผลวิจัย พบว่า ด้านการวางแผน (Plan) ชุมชนจะดำเนินการตามเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวที่พัฒนาขึ้น และวางแผนฟื้นฟูกิจกรรมเน้นด้านวัฒนธรรม มอบหมายผู้เกี่ยวข้องประสานงานปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์รองรับนักท่องเที่ยวด้านการปฏิบัติงาน (Do) การวางแผนและการปฏิบัติงานไม่เป็นไปตามแผน ชุมชนปรับเปลี่ยนให้สอดคล้องกับสถานการณ์ ด้านการติดตามผล (Check) การจัดกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว พบว่า ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ยกเว้นด้านความเหมาะสมของเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวอยู่ในระดับมาก ปัญหาที่พบจากการรับนักท่องเที่ยว คือ ห้องน้ำ และที่นั่งพักมีไม่เพียงพอ ป้ายบอกทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยวไม่ชัดเจน วิทยากรชุมชนขาดเทคนิคการบรรยาย ผลการสนทนากลุ่มย่อยเสนอแนะเพื่อการปรับปรุง (Act) คือ การประชาสัมพันธ์ให้นักท่องเที่ยวใช้ห้องน้ำวัด หรือใช้ห้องน้ำของกลุ่มที่มีความพร้อม จัดทำเก้าอี้โดยใช้วัสดุจากธรรมชาติในท้องถิ่น ประสานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดทำป้ายบอกทางแหล่งท่องเที่ยว ใช้โปสเตอร์ บอร์ด ช่วยในการบรรยายให้แก่นักท่องเที่ยวจัดพื้นที่สำหรับนักท่องเที่ยวนั่งชม แยกจากการสาธิตของชุมชนเพื่อป้องกันความปลอดภัย
