บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยเรื่องการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สร้างสรรค์ด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาสังคม ตำบลบ้านเกาะ อำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร จังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) สร้างเครือข่ายประชาสังคมด้วยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สร้างสรรค์ในตำบลบ้านเกาะ 2) พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สร้างสรรค์ของวิสาหกิจชุมชนที่สามารถสร้างรายได้เพิ่มขึ้นจากทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ตามศักยภาพของชุมชน โดยเก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ จากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่มครอบคลุมทุกหมู่บ้าน รวม 400 คน และสัมภาษณ์ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญแบบแนะนำต่อ ที่เข้าร่วมในกระบวนการวิจัย 50 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสหสัมพันธ์และการถดถอยพหุคูณ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์ ด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โครงการวิจัยนี้สามารถสร้างเครือข่ายประชาสังคมโดยการลงนามในข้อตกลงความร่วมมือ (MOU) ระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏบ้านสมเด็จเจ้าพระยาและนักวิจัยกับอำเภอเมืองสมุทรสาคร สภาเกษตรกร พัฒนาชุมชน เกษตรอำเภอ องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และวิสาหกิจชุมชนสองแห่งในตำบลบ้านเกาะ มีส่วนร่วมคิดแนวทางแก้ปัญหาในการผลิตของชุมชนและเสนอแนวทางการพัฒนา ผลการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์สร้างสรรค์สามารถสร้างรายได้เพิ่มขึ้น จากเครือข่ายภาคประชาสังคม ผลิตภัณฑ์สร้างสรรค์จากปลา ได้แก่ พิซซ่าปลานิล และปลายอ (ยี่สก) สมุนไพร ซึ่งแสดงถึงความสำเร็จของวัตถุประสงค์และเป้าหมายการวิจัยทุกประการ
