Abstract

This research focused on increasing community enterprises’ income in Suphanburi Province by applying action research to develop knowledge and technology transfer in the production and marketing of safe agricultural products in 11 community enterprise groups from 5 districts in Suphanburi Province. The processes were (1) recruited and selected community enterprises to join the project (2) developed processed product from safe agricultural processing corresponded to local context (3) created online marketing channel and (4) monitored and evaluated the outcome. The results of the study showed that 10 products of safe agricultural processing product both food products and cosmetic products have been created to increase the income of community enterprises of Suphanburi Province, which can estimate additional income from such products approximately 531,600 Baht per year, and will be able to increase income for the group members participating in the project approximately 1,703.85 Baht per person per year.
