การปรับตัวทางวัฒนธรรมของผู้หญิงไทยที่สมรสกับชาวเยอรมันและอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี

งานวิจัยนี้มีจุดประสงค์ 1. เพื่อศึกษาการปรับตัวทางวัฒนธรรมผู้หญิงไทยที่สมรสกับชาวเยอรมันและอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนี 2.เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถทางการสื่อสารภายใต้วัฒนธรรมเยอรมันของผู้หญิงไทยที่สมรสกับชาวเยอรมันและอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือผู้หญิงไทยที่สมรสกับชาวเยอรมันและอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนีจำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถาม 3 ส่วน ดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1ข้อมูลโดยทั่วไป ส่วนที่ 2 ข้อมูลคำถามด้านความสามารถทางการสื่อสารภายใต้วัฒนธรรมเยอรมัน 20 คำถาม ส่วนที่ 3 ข้อมูลด้านการปรับตัวทางวัฒนธรรมเยอรมัน นำข้อมูลที่ได้โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ด้วยการหาร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย () และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) แยกประเภทตามลักษณะการปรับตัวทางวัฒนธรรมเยอรมันโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นร้อยละ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า1.กลุ่มเป้าหมายจำนวน 100 คน สามารถปรับตัวได้ 43 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 43 มีระดับขั้นของการปรับตัวอยู่ที่ระดับที่ 4 คือขั้นที่สามารถปรับตัวได้อย่างสมบูรณ์ คือ 1.กลุ่มที่เข้าใจและยอมรับวัฒนธรรมเยอรมันได้ทั้งหมดและมีความสุขที่ได้อยู่ประเทศสหพันธ์รัฐเยอรมนีมากที่สุด 2.ภาพรวมความสามารถทางการสื่อสารภายใต้วัฒนธรรมเยอรมันผู้หญิงไทยที่สมรสกับชาวเยอรมันและอาศัยอยู่ในประเทศสหพันธ์สาธารณรัฐเยอรมนีที่มาเป็นอันดับหนึ่งคือ ความสามารถทางการแสดงความรู้สึก ( ̅= 3.62) ระดับความสามารถทางการสื่อสารมาก อับดับที่สองคือความสามารถทางความคิด (
= 3.07) มีระดับความสามารถทางการสื่อสารปานกลาง และอันดับที่สามคือ ความสามารถทางการสื่อสารภายใต้วัฒนธรรมเยอรมันที่น้อยที่สุดคือ ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติ (
= 2.83) ระดับความสามารถทางการสื่อสารปานกลาง
