รูปแบบปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร (A Causal Model Influencing Identities of Naresuan University Students)

Abstract

บทคัดย่อ

                การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เฉพาะดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุและอัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร  2) เพื่อสร้างและตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องระหว่างรูปแบบปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่อ
อัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวรกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ รูปแบบที่สร้างขึ้นประกอบด้วยตัวแปรแฝง 5 ตัว และตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 15 ตัว  กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีภาคปกติ ชั้นปีที่ 2 และ
ชั้นปีที่ 3 ของมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 381 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยวิธีการ
สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น (Stratified Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม
มาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปเพื่อหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐาน และวิเคราะห์เส้นทาง
ด้วยโปรแกรมลิสเรล Version 8.3 

                ผลการวิจัย พบว่า

1.                 1.  ปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร ประกอบด้วย 4 ปัจจัย ได้แก่
   1. ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 1 ตัว ได้แก่ คือ การอบรมเลี้ยงดูแบบรักสนับสนุน  2. ปัจจัยด้านอาจารย์ มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 2 ตัว  ได้แก่ สัมพันธภาพกับอาจารย์ และพฤติกรรมการสอนของอาจารย์  3. ปัจจัยด้านมหาวิทยาลัย มีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 4 ตัว ได้แก่ การบริการนิสิต อาคารสถานที่ สัมพันธภาพกับเพื่อน และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมพัฒนาผู้เรียน  4. ปัจจัยด้านนิสิตมีตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 3 ตัว ได้แก่ แรงจูงใจใฝ่สัมฤทธิ์ ความภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง  และเจตคติต่อการเรียนรู้

                2.  ผลการวิเคราะห์รูปแบบ  พบว่า  รูปแบบปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุที่ส่งผลต่ออัตลักษณ์ของนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวรตามสมมติฐานมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์  โดยพิจารณาจากค่า
Chi-square =  62.21  df = 59, p-value = 0.2697  , GFI = .98 , AGFI = .95, RMSEA = 0.017

Abstract

                The purposes of this research were to develop a causal model factors influencing  identities of students of Naresuan University. The specific purposes were 1) to study causal factors and identities of students of Naresuan University. 2) To establish and monitor the accordance between the model of causal factors influencing identities of students of Naresuan University with the empirical data. The created model composited 5 variables. The samples of this research were the 2^nd and 3^rd year undergraduate students of the 2012 academic year. 381 students were selected as samples obtained by Stratified Random Sampling. The instrument used in  data collection was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire. Data analysis was done by using a program to determine the basic statistics and a path analysis with Lisrel Version 8.3 Program.

The results of the research were as follows:

1. 1.             A causal model influencing  identities of students of Naresuan University composited 5 factors:
   1) Family factor; there is 1 observed variable, e.g. rearing style on support. 2) Teacher factor; there are
   2 observed variables, e.g. relationship between teachers and teacher instruction behavior. 3) University factor; there are 4 observed variables, e.g. services of student, place-building, relationship between friends and, participation activity to develop the learners. 4) Students factor; there are 3 observed variable, e.g. achievement motivation, self-proud and, attitude toward learning.
   1. Model analysis result revealed that a causal model influencing identities of students of Naresuan

University following the hypothesis accorded with the empirical data, considered from Chi-square = 62.21,
df = 59, p-value = 0.2697, GFI = .98, AGFI = .95, RMSEA = 0.017.
