Abstract

This research aimed to: 1) identify the key indicators of systemic factors in the academic services of Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University; and 2) examine the influence of causal factors, based on the systems approach, on the outcomes of community academic service delivery at Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University. The study variables were specified as follows: Integrated Mission-Based Performance (Perform) was designated as the dependent variable of the study, while Organizational Support (Support) and Human Resources (HR) served as exogenous variables, and Academic Service Management (Manage) functioned as the mediator variable. This study employed a quantitative research design with data collected through questionnaires administered to 292 academic personnel. Data were analyzed using Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

The results revealed that the systems-based factors of community academic services comprised four components with 24 indicators: Organizational Support (Support), Integrated Mission-Based Performance (Perform), Academic Service Management (Manage), and Human Resources (HR). The structural model analysis indicated that academic service resources, including Organizational Support (β = 0.585) and Human Resources (β = 0.305), had statistically significant positive direct effects on Academic Service Management, explaining 68.9 percent of its variance. Academic Service Management had a statistically significant positive direct effect on Performance (β = 0.474). Furthermore, Academic Service Management served as a full mediator between Human Resources and Performance, and as a partial mediator between Organizational Support and Performance.  All variables collectively explained 65.2 percent of the variance in Performance.
