The Relationship between Digital Age Leadership and Budget Administration of Small Schools under Nakhon Sawan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2

Abstract
The objectives of this research were to 1) study the level of digital age leadership of school administrators, 2) study the level of budget administration in small schools, and 3) investigate the relationship between digital age leadership and budget administration in small schools. The sample group in this research consisted of 217 school administrators and teachers obtained by using the Krejci and Morgan table and selected by using multi-stage sampling method. The research instruments were the questionnaire on digital age leadership with the content validity at 1.00 and the reliability at 0.97 and the questionnaire on budget administration with the content validity at 1.00 and the reliability at 0.97. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient.
The research findings were as follows: 1. The level of digital age leadership of school administrators in overall was at a high level (= 4.38, S.D. = 0.35), 2. The level of budget administration in small schools in overall was at a high level (= 4.34, S.D. = 0.37), and 3. The relationship between digital age leadership and budget administration of small schools in overall was positive correlation with a high level (rxy = 0.98).
