การพัฒนาแบบทดสอบตามมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของคุรุสภา; Development of Test Based on Professional Standards of the Teachers Council of Thailand

บทคัดย่อ

                งานวิจัยสร้างแบบทดสอบมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของคุรุสภานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบทดสอบมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูตามมาตรฐานคุรุสภา 11 มาตรฐานและคู่มือการใช้  มีกลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นิสิตระดับปริญญาตรีทุกสาขาวิชาเอกที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในชั้นปีที่ 4 คณะศึกษาศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์
ปีการศึกษา 2558 จำนวน 302 คน เครื่องมือประกอบด้วยแบบทดสอบมาตรฐานวิชาชีพครูของคุรุสภาพจำนวน
11 ฉบับ คำนวณค่าคุณภาพด้านความตรงตามเนื้อหา ความยาก อำนาจจำแนกและความเที่ยง โดยได้สร้างแบบทดสอบแบบเลือกตอบฉบับละ 40 ข้อ และแบบทดสอบความเรียงฉบับละ 6 ข้อ รวมเป็นข้อสอบเลือกตอบ 440 ข้อ และข้อสอบความเรียง 66 ข้อ นำไปตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหา (Content Validity) โดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
ในเนื้อหามาตรฐานวิชาชีพครู ฉบับละ 3 ท่าน พบว่ามีค่า IOC อยู่ระหว่าง -0.33 ถึง 1.00 สำหรับฉบับที่มีค่า IOC ไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ 0.50 หรือมีค่าสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ก็ตาม จะมีการปรับเปลี่ยนหรือแก้ไขคำถามและปรับแก้ตัวเลือกตามคำแนะนำของผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จากนั้นคัดเลือกข้อสอบด้วยความยากและอำนาจจำแนกจากการทดลองใช้ข้อสอบ
2 ครั้ง ได้คัดเลือกข้อคำถามที่มีความยากและอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ในเกณฑ์ โดยแบบทดสอบทั้ง 11 ฉบับนี้มีค่าความยากตั้งแต่ 0.205 ถึง 0.798 และค่าอำนาจจำแนก 0.200 ถึง 0.944 ได้ข้อสอบเลือกตอบ 25 ข้อ และข้อสอบความเรียง 3 ข้อ รวมได้ข้อสอบเลือกตอบทั้งหมด 275 ข้อ และข้อสอบความเรียง 33 ข้อ จากนั้นนำแบบทดสอบทั้ง
11 ฉบับมาหาความเที่ยง มีค่าความเที่ยงอยู่ระหว่าง 0.513 ถึง 0.870

Abstract

                The purpose of this research was to develop the standardized tests based on 11 professional standards of the Teachers Council of Thailand and the work manual. The target group was 302 fourth year undergraduate students from all majors of the Faculty of Education, Kasetsart University, in academic year 2558. The research tools were 11 standardized tests of the Teachers Council. Each paper consisted of 40 multiple-choice items and 6 essay items. The whole number of the test items were 440 multiple-choice items and 66 essay items and the quality of content validity, difficulty index, discriminant index and reliability were assessed by three experts in the contents of professional standards for teachers per test. The Results of this research revealed that all test items had index of item objective congruence (IOC) ranged between -0.33 to 1.00. The quality of the test items with the IOC below or over 0.50 were improved based on suggestions from experts. After that test items were selected by difficulty index and discriminant index from two trials. The selected test items in 11 papers had the difficulty index ranged between 0.205 to 0.798 and the discriminant index ranged between 0.200 to 0.944. The selected test items in 1 paper consisted of 25 multiple-choice items and 3 essay items. The whole standardized tests consisted of 275 multiple-choice items and 33 essay items. The reliability of overall standardized tests fell within the range between 0.513 to 0.870.
