Quantum Leadership for School Principals
Main Article Content
Abstract
Rapid social, economic, and technological changes in the twenty-first century have created complex, uncertain, and continuously volatile contexts for school administration in Thailand. Traditional mechanistic leadership approaches are increasingly insufficient to respond to such conditions. This conceptual paper aims to present the concept of quantum leadership and analyze its application to the roles of school principals in the Thai context, in order to serve as an academic foundation for principal development and research in educational social sciences. Drawing upon quantum theory, systems theory, and contemporary leadership perspectives, the analysis suggests that quantum leadership can support Thai school administration to become learning organizations, strengthen collaboration among teachers and networks, and sustainably improve student quality.
