A School Administration Model Promoting Learning Management Integrating Teachers’ Local Wisdom of Rong Ta Thi Woven Fabric to Enhance the Career Skills of Students at Rong Ta Thi Wittaya School

Abstract
This research aims to: 1) study the current conditions and needs; 2) develop a school administration model that promotes learning management integrating teachers' local wisdom of Rong Ta Thi woven fabric to enhance the career skills of students at Rong Ta Thi Wittaya School; 3) experiment with the implementation of the school administration model; and 4) evaluate the school administration model. The research was conducted in 4 steps. Step 1: studying the current conditions and needs with a sample comprising 96 participants, including teachers, school board committee members, parents, students, community leaders, local wisdom experts, and 5 experts. Step 2: developing a school administration model, evaluated by 9 experts. Step 3: experimenting with the use of the school administration model with a sample of 370 participants, including teachers, students, parents, local wisdom experts, community leaders, local entrepreneurs, and experts. And Step 4: evaluating the school administration model with a sample of 268 participants, consisting of teachers, basic education school board committee members, and parents. The research instruments included a questionnaire, a semi-structured interview form, a form for checking the appropriateness of the model and the model usage manual, a teacher competency evaluation form, a student career skills evaluation form, a perception and attitude evaluation form, an interview form on wisdom conservation, a curriculum quality evaluation form, and a model evaluation form. Data were analyzed using means, standard deviations, and content analysis.
The research findings revealed that: 1) the school lacked the integration of career skills into subjects and dedicated budget allocation; stakeholders had high to highest levels of needs for development, particularly regarding career support, weaving and handicraft skills, and learning from local wisdom experts; 2) the developed model consisted of 4 main components: principles and concepts, objectives, management components, and measurement and evaluation, with the management components based on the FABRIC model divided into inputs, processes, outputs, outcomes, impacts, and feedback; 3) teacher competency, student career skills, and curriculum quality were at the highest levels; wisdom conservation was at the strongly agree level; and achievements in the local wisdom of Rong Ta Thi woven fabric received awards ranging from the school level to the national level; and 4) the evaluation results of the model and implementation manual were at the highest level.
