บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการ 2) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมการจัดการเรียนรู้บูรณาการภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผ้าทอร่องตาทีของครูสู่การเสริมสร้างทักษะอาชีพของนักเรียนโรงเรียนร่องตาทีวิทยา 3) เพื่อทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาฯ 4) เพื่อประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษาฯ ดำเนินการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการ ตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาฯ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน นักเรียน ผู้นำชุมชน และปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน รวม 96 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 พัฒนารูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษา ตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ผู้เชี่ยวชาญตรวจสอบรูปแบบ 9 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ทดลองใช้รูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้รูปแบบ ครูนักเรียน ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้ประกอบการท้องถิ่น ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ รวม 370 คน และขั้นตอนที่ 4 ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารสถานศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย ครู คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานฯ และผู้ปกครองนักเรียน รวม 268 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบตรวจสอบความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบและคู่มือการใช้รูปแบบแบบประเมินสมรรถนะครู แบบประเมินทักษะอาชีพนักเรียน แบบประเมินการรับรู้และทัศนคติ แบบสัมภาษณ์การอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญา แบบประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตร และแบบประเมินรูปแบบวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1)โรงเรียนยังขาดการบูรณาการทักษะอาชีพในรายวิชาและงบประมาณเฉพาะผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีความต้องการพัฒนา ระดับมากถึงมากที่สุด โดยเฉพาะด้านการสนับสนุนวิชาชีพ ทักษะทอผ้าและหัตถกรรม และการเรียนรู้จากปราชญ์ชาวบ้าน 2) รูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 4 องค์ประกอบหลัก คือ หลักการและแนวคิด วัตถุประสงค์ องค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการ และการวัดและประเมินผล โดยองค์ประกอบการบริหารจัดการตามโมเดล FABRIC แบ่งเป็นปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ ผลผลิต ผลลัพธ์ ผลกระทบ และข้อมูลย้อนกลับ 3) สมรรถนะครูทักษะอาชีพนักเรียน และคุณภาพหลักสูตร อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด การอนุรักษ์ภูมิปัญญา อยู่ในระดับเห็นด้วยอย่างยิ่ง ผลงานด้านภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นผ้าทอร่องตาที ได้รับรางวัลตั้งแต่ระดับโรงเรียนถึงระดับประเทศ และ 4) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบและคู่มือ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด
