Home Management for the Elderly : Challenging Role of Community Nurses Practitioner.

Abstract

          Environment management for elderly in home is the management and control of clean and hygienic housing by meeting the basic needs and daily living needs. The study aimed to provide safety and comfort for the elderly. The effects of home-based environmental management are safe for the elderly will reduce the chance of an accident, minor to paralysis or death. Practitioner nurse who is the most closely related to the community, patients and families are also mediated between patients and family with multidisciplinary team to coordinate cooperate in the care of the elderly. Therefore, it is necessary to have the knowledge and skills to organize the home environment to reduce the chance of accidents in the home for the elderly reduce disability or loss of life that may occur.
